Aaina strives to see a society free of discrimination on the basis of sex, caste, and class. AAINA promotes the rights of children, women and people with disabilities through community intervention and policy advocacy. The organisation promotes the rights of women by engaging in activities which promote safe migration and prevention of trafficking. They also conduct workshops on trafficking of women with disability in a sectoral approach to understand the nuances of trafficking and the vulnerability of women in disability.

Srijan Foundation has been working for last 15 years directly with vulnerable and marginalized community, particularly women and children, who are struggling with poverty, social exclusion and gender injustice across six districts of Jharkhand (Ramgarh, Hazaribagh, Ranchi, Gumla, West Singhbhum, Garwah and Palamu) and mobilising and campaigning to challenge the structural causes of trafficking, child labour and gender based violence and injustices.
The organisation carries out its activities around the thematic areas like, Women Empowerment, Child Rights (Care & Development), Disability, Anti Trafficking, Health, Nutrition, Sanitation and Water and Livelihood Promotion.
SF has established its identity and credentials as a support agency for small grass root agencies engaged in the processes of community empowerment & development, particularly with women and children. More than 35 Voluntary Agencies of Jharkhand and Bihar have associated themselves with SF for their capacity building and organizational development support.
Srijan has been successful in creating models through direct field interventions and partners with those who are engaged in facilitating change at the community level and building their capacity to accelerate change that has helped to confront the causes of extreme poverty, child labour, trafficking and gender based violence and injustices.

The National Domestic Workers’ Movement (NDWM) is a movement and an NGO working with domestic workers, child domestic workers and migrant workers. NDWM is active in 23 states of India and works towards achieving dignity for domestic work and workers, at both a national and international level.
NDWM encourages participation and leadership in the hands of domestic workers. NDWM stands for the rights of domestic workers, seeking justice and legislation for them. It creates a strong public awareness to enable domestic workers to achieve a healthy recognition in society.
The NDWM has proven to be a strong networking source. It strives to establish a just society for domestic workers so that they can have a respectable life in the community. It provides assistance to rescued girls, trauma counselling, legal aid, medical assistance and runs schools for children involved in labour.

PusatKajian dan Perlindungan Anak (PKPA) is an independent organisation that tightly holds the principles of public responsibility, prioritises child participation, as well as respects and protects the rights of the child. Established in 1996, PKPA is working on issues facing children and women in North Sumatra.
